The Kitano Hotel Tokyo is a 70-room small luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Nagatacho, Tokyo.
As the only member hotel of Relais & Châteaux in Tokyo, we proudly welcome guests from around the world.
We combine globally recognized hospitality standards with the refined attentiveness and spirit of Japanese omotenashi to provide each guest with a truly exceptional stay experience.
Since opening in 2019, we have earned the trust and support of both domestic and international guests. Today, approximately 80% of our hotel guests come from overseas, making us a truly international and culturally diverse hotel.
Our greatest strength lies in the personalized and attentive service that only a 70-room boutique hotel can provide, allowing us to cater thoughtfully to each individual guest.

宿泊予約の受付や予約サイト管理など、宿泊予約業務全般を担当していただきます。
小規模ラグジュアリーホテルだからこそ、お客様のご滞在をイメージしながらきめ細やかな予約対応ができることが魅力です。英語力やコミュニケーション力を活かしながら、宿泊プランの企画や販売戦略にも携わっていただけます。
主な業務内容
・旅行会社、OTA、自社サイト等の予約管理およびプラン情報の更新
・電話、メールによる宿泊予約・変更・キャンセル対応
・宿泊プランの企画・立案
・OTA、旅行会社、エージェントとの折衝・営業活動
・予約実績や販売状況の分析、レベニューマネジメント業務のサポート

・日常会話レベルの英語力
・基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、メール対応等）
歓迎する経験・スキル
・ホテルや旅館など宿泊施設での勤務経験
・宿泊予約業務の経験
・フロント、ゲストサービスなどホテル接客経験
・旅行会社、航空会社、ブライダル業界での勤務経験
・レストラン、百貨店、販売職など接客サービス業での経験
・営業やカスタマーサポートなどのお客様対応経験
・OTAや予約システムの利用経験
※宿泊予約業務未経験の方も、接客経験やホスピタリティマインドをお持ちの方は歓迎いたします。

Skills Required
- Business-level Japanese (reading and writing)
- Conversational English (daily conversation level)
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email correspondence)
- Experience working at hotels, ryokan, or other lodging facilities
- Experience in reservations/booking operations
- Front desk or guest service experience
- Experience in travel agencies, airlines, or bridal industry
- Experience in restaurant, department store, or retail customer service
- Sales or customer support experience
- Familiarity with OTAs and reservation systems
