About the Role

岗位职责：

1. 梳理优化理赔规则制度，确保理赔规则制度符合监管要求，并能跟随公司风险策略及业务发展需求及时进行迭代更新。

2. 建立理赔业务全面风险自查体系，包括理赔规则制度落实的有效性、理赔案件品质达成率、理赔反欺诈实施的有效性等，确保理赔各项业务指标符合内外部合规审计要求。

3. 对分公司及OSSC提出的理赔重大疑难案件进行全方位深入风险分析，确保重大疑难案件处置得当，风险可控。

4. 建立理赔培训专业培训体系，编写理赔专业培训课程及理赔经典案例库，培养理赔专业队伍。

5. 参与新产品开发，并制定新产品的理赔运营规则。

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历，医学或法律专业。

2. 10年以上理赔工作经历，具备3年以上理赔重大疑理赔案件专业审核经验或总公司理赔业审经验，不限个团。

3. 客户导向、良好的团队合作、良好沟通能力以及抗压力。

4. 高效的问题解决和决策能力。

5. 积极主动，勇于承责，有处理Muti-task的能力。

6. 有理赔咨诉类处理经验者优先。
