Responsibilities:
职位概述**
负责公司输配电系统的日常运行、维护和管理，确保电力供应的稳定性和安全性，优化电力使用效率。
岗位职责**
1. 负责输配电系统的日常巡检、维护、故障排除及应急抢修工作。
2. 编制并执行输配电系统年度、月度检修计划，确保设备正常运行。
3. 负责输配电相关设备的运行数据记录、分析及异常情况汇报。
4. 参与输配电系统的技术改造、升级和扩建项目，提供专业技术支持。
5. 监督承包商进行电气施工和维护作业，确保符合安全规范和质量标准。
6. 建立健全输配电安全操作规程，并组织员工进行安全培训。
7. 负责输配电设备的备品备件管理，确保库存充足。
8. 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
任职要求**
1. 电气工程、电力系统自动化或相关专业大专及以上学历。
2. 3年以上输配电系统运行、维护管理经验，有大型工业企业工作经验者优先。
3. 熟悉高低压配电系统、变压器、开关柜、继电保护等电气设备的工作原理和维护保养。
4. 具备电工操作证或高压电工证，熟悉国家电力行业相关法规和安全标准。
5. 具备较强的故障分析判断能力和应急处理能力。
6. 良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和责任心。
7. 能适应倒班工作制。

- Associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power System Automation or related field
- 3+ years operation, maintenance or management experience with transmission and distribution systems
- Experience working in large industrial enterprises
- Familiarity with high and low voltage distribution systems, transformers, switchgear and relay protection
- Possession of electrician operation certificate or high-voltage electrician certificate; knowledge of national power industry regulations and safety standards
- Strong fault analysis, judgment and emergency response abilities
- Good communication, coordination, teamwork and sense of responsibility
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts
