主要職責
· 積極推廣信用卡或其他銀行業務，以達到銷售目標，推廣地點包括：
o 產品及市場部或管理層轉介的指定企業辦公室
o 指定地點的路演
o 銀行分行
· 協助客戶透過 Card + Channel/指定設備完成信用卡申請，並建議客戶提供所需文件。
· 向潛在客戶解釋信用卡特點或其他銀行產品/ 服務。
· 提供卓越的客戶服務。
· 確保高效的端到端申請 程。
· 遵守內部指引及外部監管要求進行銷售活動。
教育和專業資格
· 中學畢業 ( 會考/ 文憑試) 或同等學歷
· 最少一年銀行或金融機構經驗，具銷售或客戶服務經驗者優先
· 積極主動、有毅力、具銷售才能
· 以客為本，擁有卓越溝通技巧
· 對合規及公司指引有良好意識
· 精通書面及口語英語和中文
· 持有香港銀行學會專業銀行家資格者優先

Skills Required
- Secondary school diploma (HKCEE/Diploma or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience at a bank or financial institution
- Sales experience preferred (customer service experience preferred)
- Proactive, persistent, with demonstrable sales ability
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Good awareness of compliance and company guidelines
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hong Kong Institute of Bankers Professional Banker qualification
