About the Role
该岗位负责：1. 开发法律相关的知识分享课程；
2. 在公司开展高净值业务过程中提供法律方面知识普及、分享与解读 （符合公司对内、对外内容发布合法合规性要求）；
3. 针对国家发布的相关政策，邀请外部第三方权威机构（如知名律师事务所），基于提供的权威客观的调研报告、操作指南、实际案例等进行解读。
岗位职责：
1. 渠道培训支持（包括营销员，银保等渠道的销售人员及内勤推动人员）基于渠道提出的专业相关培训需求，专家配合渠道要求进行法律的专业知识培训及分享，提升其在专业领域的知识储备与应用能力。2. 渠道客户活动（包括营销员，银保等渠道组织的客户活动）为渠道邀约的客户分享在相关法律法规、监管政策及时事热点等方面的专业知识；并对客户在活动中可能提出的相关法律法规，监管政策等问题做出专业解答。3. 客户陪访咨询及个案辅导（包括营销员，银保等渠道销售人员及客户）提供法律咨询服务及客户陪访，形式包括电话或面谈 – 在渠道完成 KYC（know your customers）的基础上，配合渠道为其客户给出关于法律法规，监管政策等知识性解答。4. 专业素材制作及知识分享发布（用于培训、客户活动、公众号平台）相关法律知识的专业文章、视频/音频、培训课件等材料制作，经审核后发布使用。任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，法律等相关专业；2. 持有法律职业资格证和律师执业资格；3. 具有5年及以上法律相关工作经验，如知名律师事务所等；4. 熟悉国内的民商事法律环境，特别是家事法和公司治理领域；5. 具有较强的学习能力和适应能力；6. 具有较强的团队合作能力和沟通协调能力；7. 具有较强的专题研发能力和演讲能力。Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
