- 参与重点项目，支持客户样品测试、方法开发与优化，推动项目成功
- 与销售团队紧密合作，支持技术交流、方案设计及竞争项目分析
- 解决复杂应用问题，沉淀技术经验并进行内部分享
- 跟踪行业发展及客户需求，参与应用开发与新产品推广
- 为客户及销售团队提供技术培训和应用支持
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，分析化学、化学工程、材料等相关专业
- 具备色谱分离及耗材应用相关经验
- 熟悉色谱柱选择、方法开发及应用问题解决
- 具有材料/化工行业经验者优先（如石化、精细化工、高分子材料等）
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识
- 有较强的问题分析和解决能力，具备团队协作精神
- 具备基本英文读写能力
