The role is part of the Consumable Sales team and responsible for translating consumable market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable sales strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, improve win rates, and strengthen market share.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market intelligence, customer needs, industry insight to identify growth opportunities from sales perspective.
- Develop competitive insights, pricing strategies, market positioning, and win plans to drive business growth and market share gain.
- Create sales playbooks, battle cards, and competitive enablement frameworks to strengthen sales effectiveness and win rates.
- Partner with Marketing and Application Support to drive sales execution excellence and market adoption.
- Monitor business performance, generate actionable insights, and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance commercial results.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharma/Biopharma, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Market Development, Application Support or Field Service Support, analytical instruments and consumables is preferred.
- Strong market insight, competitive analysis, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, cross-functional collaboration and sales enablement skills.
- Demonstrates strong data analysis capabilities, proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; CRM or Power BI experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel.

- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, food science, pharmaceuticals, environmental science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in chromatography consumables sales or technical support.
- Familiarity with HPLC/GC/LCMS application scenarios.
