工作职责:
1.负责公司业务合同及文件的起草、修订和审核工作；
2.负责制定、完善合同管理标准，完善合同管理流程；
3.负责法务项目重要资料的保管、整理及归档；
4.协助处理公司相关的法律事宜并提供法律支持，包括合同管理、法律咨询、法律风险防范等；
5.协助上级进行公司各部门相关事务的协调处理；
6.协助上级处理知识产权相关法律事务，维护公司利益；
7.关注、搜集、研究最新法律法规及政策动态，为公司业务提供合规法律指导及处理其他法律事务等；
8.完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
任职要求:
1.全日制本科及以上学历，法学相关专业；
2.2年以上法务相关工作经验；
3.具备良好的书面及口头表达能力，拥有一定的英语文书写作能力；
4.具备良好的学习能力及沟通协调能力；
5.有责任心、上进心，工作主动性强，能承受一定的工作压力。
