电子商务视频剪辑师(专员级

工作职责:
根据公司调性,负责创意短片、产品视频、短视频等后期制作;
负责已有素材的剪辑优化、整体拍摄脚本优化及特效包装部分; 
独立完成视频剪辑和后期制作,善于运用镜头语言来表现突出产品魅力、趣味、特性、价值感,符合快时尚潮流品牌定位; 
参与前期剧本&脚本头脑风暴并参与拍摄过程,给予相应的专业指导意见;
能独立完成制作短视频创意脚本;
完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求:
本科及以上学历;相关品牌行业3年以上工作经验 ;
能独立完成视频的剪辑、合成、 制作,熟悉影视视频制作流程,有良好的审美;
需熟练掌握PR、AE等剪辑软件,能使用C4D、3Dmax等后期相关软件的优先;
精通视频调色,熟悉达芬奇的使用,具备扎实的美术功底,对色彩敏感;
了解当前互联网视频的发展趋势,能独立策划适合于互联网传播的选题;
熟悉视频制作和剪辑、视频包装特效,有较强的镜头感和节奏感,有一定策划制作创意短视频的能力和个人风格;
独立自主、乐观开朗,对品牌调性和市场行业的具有较强的学习能力;
拥有年轻人的创新思维、适当跳脱,对工作态度认真、负责,执行力强;
对时尚行业充满热情,工作认真细致,具备较强的沟通能力、解决问题能力和抗压能力;
美术、动画、编导、影视视频类相关专业及有相关工作经验者优先。
