全世界140カ国以上の出荷先にむけ、販売拠点からの需要をまとめ、生産計画立案、部品・材料手配、出荷調整までご担当頂きます。
業務としては
- 生産委託先との受発注、納期管理、コスト交渉
- 販売拠点との納期調整
- 新機種の量産導入管理
- 生産トラブル管理
となり、安定供給実現を目指し、関係部署の中心となりオペレーションをリードして頂きます。

少人数精鋭で、フレッシュな新人から経験豊富なベテランまで多様なメンバーで構成されています。
オフィスは品川にあり、周囲はプレイステーションビジネス関連の部隊に囲まれ、モノ作りやゲーム好きにはとても魅力のある職場です。
生産委託先の大手EMSに出荷計画を立案、生産調整や交渉を実施、国内・海外販売拠点との製販など、活動はグローバルに展開され、非常にダイナミックでやりがいがあります。
各関連部署との連携を通し、より多くのお客様に、早く、確実にプレイステーションをお届けするために、オペレーションの要として事業を支えています。
■求められる実務経験領域・経験年数/Job experience & length of experience years
・日本、海外問わず、製販管理、工場の生産管理経験（3年以上）
■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications
【必須スキル/経験】
・日本、海外問わず、製販管理、工場の生産管理経験
【望ましいスキル/経験】
・グローバル製販経験、海外工場との納期管理・コスト管理
・SAP受発注管理
■求める人物像/Personality
・明るく、チームプレーが出来る方
・厳しいビジネス条件にも前向きに対応できる方
・新しいプレイステーションのサプライチェーンを作り上げようという企画、行動力のある方
■語学力 / Language Skills
・TOEIC 650相応以上が望ましい
