The Omnichannel Marketing Tokyo Office is part of Sony Interactive Entertainment’s Global Marketing organization. Based in Tokyo, this team plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement across all key touchpoints—including websites, email, mobile apps, consoles, and select social channels such as LINE—by leveraging data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration.
The team works closely with global counterparts in San Mateo and London, contributing to global operations and ensuring that marketing strategies are both locally relevant and globally aligned. Through this collaboration, the Tokyo office helps deliver consistent and personalized experiences for PlayStation users worldwide.
