- 新規営業獲得のため、営業電話、Eメール、業界ネットワークイベントでの交流を通じて、潜在的な顧客機会の発掘、新規顧客の拡大。
- 商品に関する問い合わせ、案内、リードへの対応。クライアントのニーズに合わせたご提案。
- 対面またはオンラインによる製品デモ・トレーニングの実施。
- 既存お客様に対する活用促進やクロスセル＆アップセル。
- 最適なサービスでクライアントにとっての価値の提供。利益率のバランスを見定めた契約交渉。
- 営業チームと共に会社の目標と売上目標を達成するために、事業開発計画を策定し実行。結果を最大化するための革新的な戦略を考え、プロセス改善のための欠点を特定。
- 日本国内のイベントの企画・出展。
- クライアントと製品開発チームの仲介役としてクライアントからのフィードバックを製品開発チームに提供し、製品の改良に貢献。
- CRMシステムを使用した、KPI管理と目標達成。

求める人物像
- ホスピタリティ、ビジネス、コミュニケーション、ファイナンス、エコノミクス、その他関連分野の学士号をお持ちの方
- ホスピタリティビジネス、またはSaaS企業でのビジネス業界、特にホテル/OTAにおいて3年以上の関連経験
- 日本の旅行業界（特にホテル/OTA）における幅広いネットワークをお持ちの方
- ソフトウェアの操作やウェビナー・チュートリアルの実施に慣れている方
- ライブ＆バーチャルでのプレゼンテーションやセミナーの実績がある方
- 新しいビジネスを見つけ、案内し、推進する「ハンター」精神をお持ちの方
- オープンかつダイレクトなコミュニケーション方法を持っている方
- 英語と日本語に堪能な方
- Salesforceやその他のCRMシステム、関連営業ツールの使用経験がある方
