任职要求
1.大专以上学历，熟悉PCB生产工艺流程，理解各工序对测试的影响
2.掌握常用测试架类型的设计原理与制作规范
3.熟悉各种测试针的选型与布局原则,熟悉HDI工艺对测试架制作的影响
4.熟悉多次压合+HDI+多次背钻产品测试工具的制作
5.具备较强的逻辑分析能力，工作细致严谨有耐心，善与沟通，对测试新技术保持学习热情，愿意持续精进专业技能
6.具备强烈的品质意识，理解测试架可靠性对批量生产良率的直接影响
7.有两年以上PCB测试资料处理及对测试异常解决能力的工作经验

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Skills Required
- College diploma or higher
- Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes and understanding of how each process affects testing
- Proficiency with common test fixture types, including their design principles and manufacturing specifications
- Knowledge of test probe selection and layout principles
- Understanding of how HDI processes affect test fixture manufacturing
- Experience creating test tooling for products involving multiple lamination cycles, HDI, and multiple back-drilling operations
- Strong logical analysis skills, attention to detail, patience, communication skills, and willingness to continuously learn testing technologies
- Strong quality awareness and understanding of test fixture reliability impacts on mass-production yield
- At least two years of experience processing PCB test data and resolving test abnormalities
- Ability to comply with TTM export control policies and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements
