The Role
Develops, optimizes, and maintains semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, cost, and productivity. Leads process-step improvements, continuous improvement projects, defect and yield investigations, root-cause analysis, process validation, and control planning. Uses SPC, FDC, and APC to detect process shifts and prevent recurrence. Collaborates with equipment, integration, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new technology introduction, production ramp, capacity expansion, and technical issue resolution.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field, advanced professional certification, equivalent military technical experience, or equivalent qualifications demonstrating relevant capabilities
- Preferred academic backgrounds include chemical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment and cleanroom garments when required
- Semiconductor process development experience or demonstrated knowledge
