This Position reports to:
Production Engineering Manager
- 负责机器人控制柜及相关硬件产品的测试方案制定与执行，覆盖功能测试、性能测试、可靠性测试及异常验证，确保产品满足规格和质量要求。
- 负责生产、试产及量产阶段的测试支持工作，及时识别并解决测试过程中发现的硬件问题，保障项目进度与交付质量。
- 负责生产线失效件的测试验证、故障复现及根因分析，输出测试报告、分析报告和改善建议，并推动问题闭环。
- 参与新型机器人控制柜样机测试、试生产验证及量产导入，主导量产阶段测试优化、测试覆盖率提升及质量风险识别。
- 配合设计变更验证与技术澄清，评估设计变更对硬件功能、性能及可靠性的影响，持续完善测试方法与验证标准。
- 参与测试平台、测试脚本及测试工装的开发和优化，提高测试效率、自动化水平及测试一致性。
- 对测试数据进行整理、分析和总结，识别关键质量问题，推动产品稳定性和测试能力持续提升。
- 与中国及瑞典研发团队、技术中心、生产及质量等相关部门高效协作，推动测试问题快速定位、信息同步及设计改进。
专业背景
- 全日制本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、电子信息、测控技术与仪器等相关专业。
- 熟悉硬件产品测试流程，能够根据产品规格和技术要求开展功能测试、性能测试、可靠性测试及异常验证工作。
- 具备较强的测试分析能力，能够独立设计测试方案、搭建测试环境、执行测试并输出完整测试报告。
- 具备一定的软件和自动化测试基础，能够读懂并使用 C# 或 Python 编写的基础程序或测试脚本；有自动化测试平台、测试脚本开发或测试工装开发经验者优先。
- 具备良好的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能够对测试数据进行整理、分析和总结，并推动问题闭环及产品质量持续改进。
- 熟练使用万用表、示波器、直流电源等常用电子测试仪器，具备独立执行测试、定位硬件故障及分析异常问题的能力。
- 熟悉 MS Office 办公软件，能够熟练使用英语进行技术资料阅读和书面沟通；熟悉 SAP 系统者优先，具备英语口语沟通能力者优先。
- 具备较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力和独立工作能力，能够与研发、质量、生产等团队高效协作，推进测试问题快速解决。

Skills Required
- Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, automation, electronic information, measurement and control technology, instrumentation, or a related field
- Experience with hardware product testing processes, including functional, performance, reliability, and abnormal-condition validation
- Ability to independently design test plans, build test environments, execute tests, and produce complete test reports
- Basic software and automated testing knowledge, including ability to read and use C# or Python programs or test scripts
- Data analysis and logical reasoning skills, with ability to analyze test data and drive issue closure and quality improvement
- Proficiency using multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, and other electronic test instruments
- Ability to independently execute tests, locate hardware faults, and analyze abnormal issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to read technical materials and communicate in writing in English
- Strong learning, communication, coordination, and independent working skills
- Experience developing automated testing platforms, test scripts, or test fixtures
- Familiarity with SAP
- English speaking communication skills
