- 积极协助上级，完成良好的收益。
- 协助完成正确的每个时段的工作时刻表。
- 协助上级培训一个高度热情和训练有素的同事。

- 五年餐厅工作经验和至少有两年以上的餐厅主管经验。
- 具备优秀的专业的餐厅运营知识。
- 有较好的服务精神和沟通技巧。
- 有较强的工作敬业精神。
- 良好的服务待客技巧预知客人的需求。
- 对食物产品知识的充分了解。
