Job Description岗位职责：
豆油入库管理
– 与生产车间对接，确认当日豆油的生产批次、产量等信息，备好入库所需的台账、仓位。
– 与销售对接罐区的入库计划，提前沟通做好入库前的准备。
豆油发货管理
– 依据销售出库单或调拨单，核实提货单位、车辆信息，按照销售要求安排备货。
– 协调安排人员发货，监督装车过程，核对出库油脂的数量、批次，防止错发、漏发并做好记录。
– 完成发货后，更新出库台账，留存相关单据归档，在系统中完成数据录入。
豆油在库管理
– 定期开展库存盘点，包括日常循环盘点与月度、季度全盘，核对实物库存与系统台账、纸质账本数据一致性，差异部分及时查明原因并上报处理。
单据与数据管理
– 妥善保管豆油生产入库记录、检验记录、出库单、盘点表等各类单据，按规范分类归档，保证单据可追溯。
– 按时上报豆油库存报表、收发存明细，为销售部门提供准确的库存数据支持。
任职要求：
- 大专学历，有仓储管理、粮油库区实操经验优先；
- 熟悉货物收发、台账登记、单据归档流程，熟悉Office软件及仓储系统录入操作；
- 工作细致负责，具备跨部门沟通协调能力，遵守厂区安全管理制度，服从现场调度；
- 可接受工厂倒班制度。

Skills Required
- Associate degree or college diploma
- Warehouse management experience preferred
- Grain and edible oil storage area experience preferred
- Knowledge of goods receiving and dispatch procedures
- Experience maintaining inventory ledgers and filing documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience entering data into warehouse management systems
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Cross-department communication and coordination skills
- Compliance with factory safety management requirements
- Ability to follow on-site scheduling and dispatch instructions
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
