Lead one or two early-phase global clinical trials including study start-up, conduct, vendor and site oversight, protocol and CRF design, KPI/KRI/KQI monitoring, risk mitigation, audits/inspections support, budgets, and team leadership.

Provide administrative support for clinical trials including maintaining essential trial documents and eTMF QC, organizing study meetings, tracking study conduct metrics and timelines, supporting vendor oversight and patient data review, assisting invoice review, and serving as backup to the Clinical Trial Manager while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Support the Investment team by managing investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, maintaining databases, and developing presentations to inform decision-making in biotech investments.

Provide administrative support to clinical trial teams, maintain essential documents, monitor study conduct metrics, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Oversee financial reporting, SEC filings, and technical accounting; support strategic transactions and ensure SOX compliance while mentoring the accounting team.
