Lead development and scale-up of purification processes for biologics, enable GMP manufacturing and technology transfer, author regulatory and batch documentation, analyze downstream data, collaborate with CDMOs and cross-functional teams, and support GMP operations and regulatory filings.

Lead technical owner for G&A enterprise systems and integrations (NetSuite, Coupa, HRIS). Configure, script, build middleware/ETL integrations, uphold SDLC and SOX ITGC controls, manage vendors, run upgrades, root-cause complex issues, maintain documentation and run workshops to drive automation, optimization, and adoption.

Lead one or two early-phase global clinical trials including study start-up, conduct, vendor and site oversight, protocol and CRF design, KPI/KRI/KQI monitoring, risk mitigation, audits/inspections support, budgets, and team leadership.
