Performs protein purification, analytical characterization, developability assays, and affinity measurements for multispecific antibody therapeutics. Designs and executes experiments, troubleshoots methods, develops new technologies, writes SOPs, analyzes data, presents findings, and collaborates cross-functionally while maintaining laboratory standards and compliance.

Lead and support project management for early-stage clinical programs: implement a matrixed product development team, track timelines and budgets, run cross-functional meetings, identify risks and contingencies, liaise with internal and external partners, and oversee program budgets and forecasts to advance programs toward Phase I/II trials.

Lead technical owner for G&A enterprise systems and integrations (NetSuite, Coupa, HRIS). Configure, script, build middleware/ETL integrations, uphold SDLC and SOX ITGC controls, manage vendors, run upgrades, root-cause complex issues, maintain documentation and run workshops to drive automation, optimization, and adoption.
