Drive growth of commercial knife sharpening services across food service and hospitality accounts. Responsibilities include new business development, account management, key account growth, inbound sales support, quoting, client visits, cross-selling, lead qualification, market research, and coordination with sharpening specialists, logistics, and leadership. The role also supports service scheduling and routing logistics while maintaining strong client relationships and service quality.

Provides advanced support and operational oversight across enterprise applications, SAP, infrastructure, warehouse and retail systems, security platforms, cloud tools, and legacy technologies. Troubleshoots complex cross-domain issues, coordinates with technical and business teams, maintains documentation, supports incident response, and contributes to IT projects and system integrations. Acts as a technical escalation point and advises IT leadership while independently managing technology enhancements.

Provides advanced support and operational leadership across enterprise applications, infrastructure, SAP integrations, warehouse and retail technologies, security systems, and legacy platforms. Troubleshoots complex cross-domain incidents, maintains on-premises and cloud environments, manages documentation and runbooks, supports IT projects, and serves as a technical escalation point. Identify and close new business, manage client relationships, create tailored service programs, cross-sell products and services, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with sharpening specialists and regional managers. The role requires regional client visits, industry-event attendance, strong communication, independent work, and knowledge of culinary or food service environments.

Manage SKU setup, product descriptions, images, dimensions, and marketplace assets across retail platforms. Create and maintain Syndigo enhanced content, Amazon A+ Content, and storefront pages, including promotional banners. Optimize product imagery and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure accurate, complete, and launch-ready content.

Part-time retail Keyholder responsible for shift leadership, store opening and closing, POS and asset management, inventory replenishment, customer service, sales support, product presentation, demonstrations, and special events. The role requires flexible availability, culinary passion, strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to stand, walk, lift at least 35 pounds, and use a ladder.

Supports performance and growth marketing for three direct-to-consumer brands. Responsibilities include coordinating paid media agencies, launching and optimizing campaigns, managing performance reporting and KPIs, translating analytics into recommendations, supporting ecommerce conversion initiatives, coordinating creative assets and workflows in Jira, and maintaining product feeds, tracking, tagging, and marketing technology implementations.

Manages US marketing communications for ZWILLING’s family of brands, localizing global campaigns, shaping brand strategy, and ensuring consistent messaging. Owns go-to-market readiness for product launches, including launch kits, sell sheets, and retail support assets. Coordinates the marketing calendar, manages one employee, interns, and external support, and oversees point-of-sale and fixturing programs. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, ECommerce, Social, Operations, and suppliers.

Paid fall internship providing students with hands-on experience in a consumer goods business environment.
