Supports Staub’s e-commerce business through product setup, product data maintenance, on-site merchandising, campaign execution, and social commerce catalog management. Monitors sales, conversion, traffic, AOV, and product performance; builds recurring spreadsheet reports; identifies merchandising and UX opportunities; and partners with performance marketing teams on campaigns, product feeds, tracking, and optimization.

Drive growth of commercial knife sharpening services across food service and hospitality accounts. Responsibilities include new business development, account management, key account growth, inbound sales support, quoting, client visits, cross-selling, lead qualification, market research, and coordination with sharpening specialists, logistics, and leadership. The role also supports service scheduling and routing logistics while maintaining strong client relationships and service quality.

Provides advanced support and operational oversight across enterprise applications, SAP, infrastructure, warehouse and retail systems, security platforms, cloud tools, and legacy technologies. Troubleshoots complex cross-domain issues, coordinates with technical and business teams, maintains documentation, supports incident response, and contributes to IT projects and system integrations. Acts as a technical escalation point and advises IT leadership while independently managing technology enhancements.
