The role requires strong mobile-native thinking, independent ownership, and close collaboration with B2B customers.

Own the discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement of voice AI agents for field service businesses. Lead customer research, product prioritization, agent behavior experiments, integrations, conversation quality evaluations, and adoption tracking. Partner closely with customers, engineering, and design while optimizing task completion, accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and handoff quality across real-world phone interactions.

Own end-to-end product design for complex field service workflows, translating intricate systems into intuitive interfaces. Design AI-powered features, collaborate with product and engineering, extend the Prelude design system, conduct customer research, and maintain a high quality bar. The role requires strong systems thinking, simplification, AI fluency, communication, customer focus, and ownership, with experience designing B2B or enterprise products at scale.
