Lead product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, verticalization, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement for Zuper’s AI-powered field service management platform. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and leadership to translate technical capabilities into customer value, create marketing and enablement assets, train customer-facing teams, and measure launch and content performance using market and funnel data.

Lead technical customer implementations by gathering requirements, designing and configuring solutions, building API integrations and automations, migrating data, testing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and supporting go-live. Create technical documentation, define delivery milestones, provide user training, and collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams. The role manages onboarding for SMB and enterprise customers and requires experience with JavaScript, HTML, Python, REST and webhook APIs, and automation platforms.

Guide B2B SaaS customers through onboarding and implementation by mapping workflows, defining functional requirements, scoping API integrations, and coordinating with product and engineering teams. Create process models, documentation, test cases, and UAT plans; explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders; identify product gaps; use AI tools to improve analysis and documentation; and report recurring customer needs to support product roadmap decisions.
