Coordinate emergency callouts and planned repairs by receiving requests, prioritizing urgent issues, scheduling and dispatching engineers, updating job records, and maintaining clear communication with customers, engineers, and management. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, problem-solving, empathy, accurate system use, and flexibility for out-of-hours or on-call shifts while following health and safety procedures.

Manage end-to-end recruitment from vacancy briefing through offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring-manager partnership. Coordinate multiple vacancies, use LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to engage candidates, maintain candidate experience, and support time-to-fill targets. The role also involves ATS administration, recruitment process improvement, and delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints in line with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and required timeframes. Provide appropriate solutions, maintain accurate customer records, support compliance requests, and ensure compassionate service for customers requiring additional assistance.
