Manage engineer diaries, workloads, and schedules while coordinating closely with engineers, customers, and internal teams. The role requires excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while using Microsoft and Google software and learning new systems.

Coordinate emergency callouts and planned repairs by receiving requests, prioritizing urgent issues, scheduling and dispatching engineers, updating job records, and maintaining clear communication with customers, engineers, and management. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, problem-solving, empathy, accurate system use, and flexibility for out-of-hours or on-call shifts while following health and safety procedures.

Provides administrative support to the Renewable Energy team by managing calls, emails, records, spreadsheets, databases, documentation, reporting, and follow-up actions. The role maintains accurate information across internal systems, coordinates with customers and stakeholders, supports office processes, and assists with additional projects. Strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage changing priorities are required.
