Job Summary:
We’re looking for a driven and passionate Engineer Scheduler to join our growing team at Zuno. You’ll play a key role in our continued growth, working closely with engineers and customers to manage schedules and resolve any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Remotely assist engineers with their diary management and workload
Communicate with engineers and customers offering solutions, recommendations and reassurance
Monitor and action any planning issues that may arise
Build relationships with different teams within the company
Be reactive, engaged and forward thinking
Who you are:
Confident speaking with engineers and customers over the phone on a daily basis
Able to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and engineers
Proactive, hardworking and motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong team focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft and Google software and able to learn new systems quickly
Able to remain calm, organised and effective when working under pressure
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Friendly, approachable and confident in your communication style
A positive and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
