Processes high-volume, multi-state payroll for more than 9,000 employees, including complex adjustments, bonuses, final pay, garnishments, tax activities, reconciliations, and general ledger interfaces. Resolves payroll discrepancies, supports compliance, trains team members, maintains documentation, and drives process improvements while protecting confidential employee information.

The Associate Product Developer assists in the development of apparel categories, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining product data, and collaborating with teams and vendors for successful product execution.

Serve as a consultative HR partner to retail leadership supporting employee relations, investigations, leave of absence management, workers' compensation and claims, training, people metrics, process improvements, and HR policy implementation while promoting confidentiality and team development.

Manage fit and technical execution for assigned apparel categories from proto through production. Review garments and patterns for fit, construction, measurements, and graded specs; update tech packs; track samples; coordinate fit sessions and vendors; use Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and CLO3D; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent product quality and timeline adherence.

Analyze and act on fulfillment and B2C logistics data to improve customer experience, reduce costs, and drive revenue. Monitor KPIs, run regular reports, test system changes (OMS, TMS, commerce platforms), collaborate with analysts, ops, and IT, and recommend/implement shipping and fulfillment optimizations.
