Supports sourcing and production for printables and raw materials by managing costing, sample and development tracking, supplier communications, time-and-action calendars, purchase orders, and delivery timelines. Assists with supplier capacity evaluation, forecasting, inventory planning, cost negotiations, vendor issue resolution, and raw material risk mitigation. Partners with DTG, buying, production, and external suppliers to maintain quality, product flow, and on-time delivery.

Serve as a consultative HR partner to retail leadership supporting employee relations, investigations, leave of absence management, workers' compensation and claims, training, people metrics, process improvements, and HR policy implementation while promoting confidentiality and team development.

Manage fit and technical execution for assigned apparel categories from proto through production. Review garments and patterns for fit, construction, measurements, and graded specs; update tech packs; track samples; coordinate fit sessions and vendors; use Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and CLO3D; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent product quality and timeline adherence.
