Writes and maintains SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, metadata, and attributes across digital and print platforms. Reviews and proofreads copy, researches vendor information, manages cross-border product data, performs bulk SKU updates, troubleshoots online order issues, and supports catalogs, launches, presales, inventory audits, and product availability reporting. Collaborates with PIM teams, distribution centers, stores, and multiple departments to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging product content.

Marketing Intern supporting Zumiez brand marketing initiatives, including event ideation and execution, production of promotional materials, marketing research, reports, rewards and sweepstakes administration, and event transcription. The role also assists with logistics, fulfillment, shipping, and administrative tasks while learning across marketing disciplines. The position is full-time and in-person, with potential weekend, holiday, and travel requirements.

Performs revenue and cash management, regulatory reporting, general accounting, and retail transaction support. The role emphasizes accurate and timely reporting, problem-solving, task prioritization, cross-functional communication, process improvement, and process automation. This full-time, in-office position reports to the North American Accounting Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.
