The Technical Design Manager leads technical design for apparel, ensures quality fit and construction, mentors designers, and drives process improvements.

Analyze and act on fulfillment and B2C logistics data to improve customer experience, reduce costs, and drive revenue. Monitor KPIs, run regular reports, test system changes (OMS, TMS, commerce platforms), collaborate with analysts, ops, and IT, and recommend/implement shipping and fulfillment optimizations.
