Manage customer forecasts, backlog, deployments, and provide executive reporting while building a high-performing team and continuous improvement processes using analytics and automation.

Lead cross-functional programs to define and execute long-term manufacturing test strategy, roadmap, and automation. Drive alignment across design, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to improve test yield, reliability, efficiency, and product quality. Use data-driven RCA, manage risks, and communicate status to leadership while ensuring scalable, production-ready test solutions.

Lead end-to-end change management for manufacturing test systems, assessing technical risk, defining validation strategies, driving cross-functional execution, enforcing change control and validation gates, and ensuring safe, low-risk deployments of firmware, test scripts, and infrastructure. Own post-validation reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of change management and validation frameworks.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise Linux server applications and virtualization for 24/7 manufacturing environments. Maintain high-availability services, perform upgrades/patching, automate monitoring, support backups/recovery, manage vendors, document systems, and collaborate on deployment automation.

The Mechanical Sourcing Engineer manages supplier relationships, conducts market research, negotiates contracts, and supports product lifecycle for mechanical components.

Develop BMC firmware for ZT Cloud Servers, collaborate on design specifications, and validate server hardware architecture. Requires extensive BMC development experience and knowledge of hardware interfaces.
