Leads early supplier involvement for AI data center hardware, driving hardware co-design, DFM/DFT, liquid cooling, high-speed PCBAs, power delivery, rack integration, prototyping, cost modeling, production yield, and supply-chain risk mitigation. Partners with engineering teams and strategic suppliers to accelerate EVT/DVT, qualify alternate sources, and ensure scalable, high-quality manufacturing of high-density compute platforms.

Supports mass-production server platforms through engineering change assessment, system integration, validation, debugging, configuration management, and performance optimization. Develops validation methodologies for component substitutions, firmware updates, and customer changes. Ensures server designs remain manufacturable, reliable, and serviceable while documenting lessons learned and contributing to future system requirements and designs.

Analyze complex manufacturing and supply chain data to investigate critical issues, identify data quality and operational gaps, and support customer resolution. Establish data governance and contract integrity, design data quality metrics and visualizations, lead acceptance testing, and recommend system and process improvements. Partner with customers, developers, engineers, and management while prioritizing work, resolving conflicts, and improving application functionality.
