Lead end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) programs for manufacturing, ensuring factory readiness, coordinating global sites, resolving technical issues, driving launch plans, risk assessments (DFM/DFT/PFMEA), and communicating status to stakeholders and executives.

Manage and improve commercial contracting workflows, approvals, execution, recordkeeping, and obligation tracking. Support audits, reporting, dashboards, negotiation status, contract intake/NDAs, and cross-functional stakeholders. Drive process improvement, automation, CLM evaluation, and legal-operations enablement in a fast-paced, public-company environment.

Provide commercial legal advice and negotiate strategic customer and commercial transactions. Partner with Finance, Sales, and executives to manage risks, improve contracting frameworks, and support governance and compliance in a public-company environment.
