Analyzes tariff, customs, accounts payable, and operational data to support financial reporting and trade compliance. Reviews tariff data, prepares customs corrections and protests, reconciles ACE and financial records, investigates discrepancies, supports audits and duty recovery, and develops reports and process improvements. Collaborates with customs brokers, logistics, finance, procurement, and operations teams while maintaining regulatory documentation and providing analytical insights.

Processes and tracks customer orders through delivery, provides shipment updates, monitors backlogs and delivery risks, maintains accurate records, resolves customer issues, generates operational reports, and supports process improvements while coordinating with supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams.

Leads the global S&OP capacity and operations strategy function, integrating demand forecasts into 3- to 24-month capacity and scenario models. Evaluates manufacturing constraints, bottlenecks, infrastructure needs, CapEx investments, ROI, and P&L impacts. Drives monthly cross-functional capacity reviews, identifies future manufacturing technology requirements, improves planning tools and data structures, and coaches junior engineers and technical program managers.
