Collaborates with CRM, Marketing, Category Management, and Campaign teams across markets while contributing to scalable processes and commercial growth.

Conduct qualitative UX research for pet e-commerce customers through interviews, usability testing, concept validation, diary studies, and contextual research. Analyze findings, identify customer needs and experience gaps, and translate insights into product and business recommendations. Collaborate with product, design, analytics, marketing, and customer care teams; support journey mapping, opportunity prioritization, workshops, and evidence-based decision-making.

Own SEO and GEO content projects across European markets, from keyword research and briefing through publication, performance analysis, and optimisation. Develop topic clusters and content plans, improve on-page elements, monitor traditional and AI-powered search visibility, and translate data into recommendations. Coordinate agencies, freelancers, translation partners, and internal teams across SEO, Product, Technology, Editorial, Brand, and local markets.
