Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding transition, meet revenue and activity targets, maintain Salesforce records, and build relationships with franchise offices and decision-makers. Represent Zoopla at conferences and events while staying informed on property, digital, and competitive market trends.

Manage and grow relationships with major enterprise estate agency accounts across the UK. Drive revenue, product adoption, renewals, and commercial negotiations through account strategies, data-led insights, and multi-product solutions. Build C-level relationships, lead customer reviews, coordinate internal virtual teams, represent client needs in product development, and support long-term retention and expansion.

Owns retention, expansion, and revenue growth for a regional portfolio of estate agent accounts. Develops strategies to increase product adoption, manages customer engagement across London and South East England, maintains Salesforce records, presents data to senior client stakeholders, and resolves customer enquiries. The role requires property-industry and subscription-business experience, with B2B software sales experience preferred.

Manage end-to-end email and push CRM campaigns, including scheduling up to 30 monthly campaigns, coordinating content and design, executing QA, testing journeys, segmenting audiences, and optimizing performance. Analyze and present campaign results, recommend improvements, support personalization data projects, and identify automation opportunities using AI tools and CRM platforms.

Manage and grow a regional portfolio of estate agent accounts across the South West. Responsibilities include retaining clients, increasing revenue and product adoption, executing territory engagement strategies, maintaining Salesforce records, presenting data to senior stakeholders, and resolving customer enquiries. The role requires property industry experience, subscription or SaaS experience, and ideally B2B software sales experience in a field-based environment.

Own a core product line by defining strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics. Lead market and customer research, collaborate with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams, and manage products from concept through launch and optimization. Track KPIs, use experimentation to guide decisions, represent customer needs, and mentor junior product managers while driving business and revenue outcomes.

Develop and execute data-driven content strategies across user funnels to increase engagement, conversion, retention, and business growth. Create and optimize onsite, offsite, email, SEO, PPC, and product content; identify journey friction; conduct audience research; and collaborate with marketing, CRM, product, sales, and digital teams to improve user outcomes.

Own consumer product marketing strategy for Zoopla’s search, MyHome, and valuation experiences. Coordinate CRM, content, SEO, paid marketing, and product teams to improve user engagement, retention, feature adoption, registrations, and high-value buyer and seller leads. Manage lifecycle messaging, integrated campaigns, launch readiness, KPI reporting, conversion optimization, and competitive analysis while representing marketing in product roadmap discussions.

Manage relationships and revenue growth for housebuilder, housing association, and build-to-rent clients. Develop sales strategies, forecast pipelines, manage renewals, analyze campaign and market data, prepare client presentations, and identify new business opportunities. Build senior-level client relationships, negotiate complex deals, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and achieve revenue and sales KPIs through account expansion and new client acquisition.

Build and own Zoopla’s production data platform, including standardized ingestion and export patterns, pipeline migration, governance, data quality, access controls, lineage, and cost management. The role involves Databricks and AWS development, infrastructure as code, AI-enabled engineering, code review, mentoring, and production support. It requires simplifying complex pipeline ecosystems while delivering business impact and collaborating with platform, analytics, and data science teams.

Lead Zoopla’s four-person Data Engineering team, set technical direction, establish scalable ingestion and export patterns, and build a shared roadmap with platform and product leaders. Own data governance, AI adoption, Fivetran costs and vendor relationships, while coaching engineers and partnering on lakehouse architecture. The role requires expertise in Databricks, dbt, AWS, Terraform, ingestion patterns, data quality, access control, and personal data handling. It is hybrid, with three office days weekly in London.

Develop and modernize Zoopla’s Salesforce platform, building declarative and coded solutions with Apex and LWC. Design integrations using REST APIs, callouts, connected apps, and platform events, with attention to reliability, security, scale, and observability. Lead technical designs, improve legacy systems, support quote and pricing modernization, collaborate with product and commercial teams, and validate code quality. Serve as an engineering escalation point while admins handle routine support and configuration.
