Supervises daily café operations, including staffing, training, food preparation, quality, safety, inventory, cleanliness, and guest service. Maintains temperature and sanitation logs, stocks products, handles cash and POS transactions, resolves guest feedback, ensures health department compliance, and manages safe guest flow. Requires food handler certification, leadership experience, food and beverage knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work varying schedules while standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Manages aquarium financial operations, accounting records, reconciliations, monthly close, budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, cash handling, POS and ticketing revenue reconciliation, vendor invoices, payroll cost analysis, sales tax reporting, and internal controls. Supports system implementation during preopening, PCI compliance, audits, County reporting, inventory and food-cost accounting, and financial recommendations to leadership. Requires collaboration with department managers, vendors, payment processors, external accountants, and the CFO.
