Field-based sales role selling ZOLL wearable defibrillator and cardiac diagnostic products to clinicians. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, clinician education on product use and billing, account management, credentialing, territory business planning, attending medical education events, and reporting on territory trends to drive consistent utilization.

Provide phone and email technical/data support for medical device–software integrations; enter and track cases in Oracle; troubleshoot installs, networking, Windows/server, SQL and wireless issues; use remote access tools; manage knowledge base, backlog, and on-call rotation; escalate to product teams to meet customer expectations.

Lead cloud and SRE initiatives: design, automate, and operate AWS-based SaaS platforms using IaC and CI/CD. Drive platform reliability, observability, security/compliance, and DevOps best practices while mentoring teams and participating in incident management and root-cause analysis.
