Lead full-cycle recruiting for the Acute Care Technology division, sourcing and staffing exempt, non-exempt, and temporary roles. Manage candidate experience through onboarding, advise hiring managers, maintain ATS and job postings, ensure OFCCP/EEO compliance, generate reports and dashboards, coordinate interviews and travel, prepare offers, and support manager training on recruiting best practices.

Manage territory sales for Missouri and Kansas to achieve hardware and disposable quotas through distributors and manufacturer representatives. Build pipelines, provide customer training, maintain Salesforce records, manage demos, forecast sales, control expenses, and attend trade shows.

Manages an assigned EMS territory and achieves hardware and disposable sales quotas. Develops customer accounts, business plans, sales pipelines, forecasts, and expense reports; identifies new opportunities; provides customer product education; coordinates technical scope reviews; maintains CRM records and demo inventory; and spends at least three days weekly in the field.
