Supports LifeVest patient account processing by reviewing and routing faxed documents, entering patient and physician information, creating accounts, attaching records, and retrieving missing agreements or shipping details. Coordinates with patients, Patient Service Representatives, Territory Managers, and internal departments to verify information and maintain accurate prescription and installation records. Answers calls, provides customer service, supports account teams, and may work holidays or varying shifts.
