Lead and manage Territory Managers and Sales Associates across the assigned region to meet revenue, order count, and profitability goals. Hire, train, coach, and evaluate field sales staff; spend most time in the field supporting accounts, reinforcing product positioning, and analyzing regional trends. Responsible for implementing ZOLL CMS strategy, controlling discounts/expenses, and representing the company professionally.

Provide technical product support and customer service for Itamar Medical products across EMEA and APAC. Troubleshoot complex issues, manage complaints and RMA processes in CRM, analyze technical issue trends, work with R&D/Sales/Logistics to resolve problems, oversee daily customer support operations, and drive continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.

Designs, develops, documents, and maintains software for ZOLL products, including high-quality software designs and unit tests, while collaborating with team members.
