Five-week online QA internship for final-year ICT students and recent graduates. Participants will learn testing strategies, test management, defect reporting, SDLC, SQL, and API testing through mentorship and a simulated real-world project. The program offers certification, practical experience, and potential full-time employment for top-performing graduates.

ZIRA offers 20 scholarships for ICT students in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the 2026/27 academic year. Applicants must meet citizenship, enrollment, academic performance, employment, and funding requirements. Selection considers academic achievement, participation in organizations and competitions, extracurricular projects, and social status. Each recipient receives 3,000 BAM annually, priority consideration for the ZIRA Talent Academy, and must submit a motivation letter, CV, and online application by October 16, 2026.

Lead the company’s marketing and communications function, including strategic planning, brand management, employer branding, content, external communications, reputation, ESG, partnerships, and events. Manage the marketing budget, KPIs, team development, and cross-functional initiatives while strengthening market positioning and talent attraction. Collaborate with commercial, people, creative, and external partners to execute integrated marketing and communications strategies.
