Join our team as a Marketing & Communications Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the company’s marketing function through a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on team leadership. The role carries significant responsibility for developing the brand and strengthening the company’s strategic position as an industry leader, developing and implementing the Employer Branding strategy, managing external communications and the company’s reputation, and actively contributing to the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals.

Strategic leadership of the marketing function
  • Develop, manage, and implement the annual strategic marketing and communications plan covering all channels, both online and offline, aligned with the company’s business objectives.

  • Manage the Marketing & Communications budget and regularly report on results.

  • Monitor and measure the performance of marketing activities through clearly defined KPIs, with ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of strategies.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on relevant marketing and brand activities within the industry, providing recommendations based on identified findings and opportunities.

Team leadership & development
  • Provide operational leadership, development, and mentorship to team members in achieving strategic objectives and the business plan.

  • Develop and build a team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities aligned with the company’s priorities.

Brand, content, & reputation
  • Create and oversee the company’s overall external communications and content strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and timely distribution of materials.

  • Oversee the development, management, and maintenance of all communication channels, including social media and the company website.

  • Organize and coordinate events aimed at strengthening employee satisfaction and engagement, business relationships, and brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with creative professionals, external agencies, and other managers on event organization and the production of marketing materials aligned with brand messaging.

  • Manage the company’s online reputation and public perception.

  • Develop programs that engage employees as brand ambassadors.

  • Ensure that all company products, services, and other offerings align with the brand identity through continuous brand management and oversight.

Employer branding & talent marketing
  • Develop and implement a brand strategy that strengthens the company’s market position and recognition.

  • Lead the execution of the Employer Branding strategy and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

  • Ensure that all company communication channels and content contribute to attracting and retaining talent.

  • Collaborate with the People Department to align internal and external communications.

Social responsibility, ESG, & partnerships
  • Lead external communications and design and implement the company’s social responsibility initiatives in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Maintain and expand partnerships and propose memberships in organizations of strategic interest to the company.

  • Implement the ESG strategy, coordinate the preparation and consolidation of the annual ESG report based on data and input collected from relevant departments across the company.

  • Contribute to promoting partnerships with educational institutions to strengthen the talent pipeline and company visibility, in close collaboration with the People Department.

Cross-functional collaboration
  • Actively collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external needs and achieve shared business objectives.

  • Work closely with the Commercial Department on product marketing.

  • Communicate and negotiate with external business partners to organize joint marketing activities.

Required qualifications & experience
  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with direct team management responsibilities.

  • Proven experience in developing corporate brand strategy and company market positioning.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing an Employer Branding strategy.

  • Experience managing content and communication channels.

  • Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and reporting to senior management.

  • Understanding of product marketing is considered an advantage, given the close collaboration with the Commercial Department.

  • Knowledge of the IT industry is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian and English.

  • University degree.
