The Senior Manager of Digital and Performance Marketing will define and lead paid media and email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing a team, optimizing budgets, establishing KPIs, data analysis, and overseeing creative content development.

Manage credit and accounting operations teams, oversee credit approval, collections, chargebacks, reconciliations, CECL/bad-debt reserves, audits, 1099s, tax exemption records, customer vetting, and process improvements. Prepare department budget and coordinate collection/legal actions as needed.

Lead internal and external audit management, ensure GAAP and tax compliance, oversee investment accounting and financial reporting, drive process improvements, train staff, and coordinate global audit activities and documentation.
