Support manufacturing by troubleshooting equipment and processes, conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing test data, preparing reports and process documentation, reading engineering drawings, performing mechanical diagnostics and repairs, and maintaining departmental inventory and records.

Manage credit and accounting operations teams, oversee credit approval, collections, chargebacks, reconciliations, CECL/bad-debt reserves, audits, 1099s, tax exemption records, customer vetting, and process improvements. Prepare department budget and coordinate collection/legal actions as needed.
