Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, audit schedules, standard costs, inventory valuations, production variance analyses, ABC/M profitability reports, banking activities, capital asset depreciation, and gainshare calculations. The role supports consolidated and subsidiary reporting while analyzing gross profit, inventory, bills of materials, routes, and costing data. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; AX knowledge, an advanced accounting degree, and CPA or CMA credentials are preferred.

Manage credit and accounting operations teams, oversee credit approval, collections, chargebacks, reconciliations, CECL/bad-debt reserves, audits, 1099s, tax exemption records, customer vetting, and process improvements. Prepare department budget and coordinate collection/legal actions as needed.

Lead internal and external audit management, ensure GAAP and tax compliance, oversee investment accounting and financial reporting, drive process improvements, train staff, and coordinate global audit activities and documentation.
