Serve as the sole in-house corporate attorney building templates, processes, and playbooks. Own commercial contracts, recurring financing work, employment and HR legal matters, corporate governance, basic IP/trademark protection, and manage outside counsel. Partner closely with CFO and HR leadership; provide practical, business-focused legal advice and fast turnarounds.

Manage and maintain relationships with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and other lien agencies. Oversee protocol adherence, track resolution milestones, integrate agency data into systems, coordinate cross-functional teams, assist client reporting, and support portal buildouts. Ensure escalation of delays and serve as primary agency contact.

Own Zipliens' IT and security operations: manage SaaS and device inventories, access control, data governance, vendor/MSP oversight, incident response and disaster recovery, policy and compliance execution, and rollout/governance of AI tools. Serve as hands-on executor of security strategy and primary responder for security concerns and incidents.
