Own strategic relationships with high-value enterprise law firm accounts. Drive retention, renewals, expansion, account health, executive business reviews, onboarding, training, risk monitoring, reporting, and complex case escalations. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Lien Resolution, Technology, and Finance while providing insights for pricing, segmentation, and retention strategies. Travel 20–30% to customer offices and industry events.

Manage relationships with a portfolio of personal injury law firms from onboarding through ongoing engagement. Conduct customer check-ins, training, and pilot launches; monitor account health and engagement data; resolve and escalate issues; manage CRM workflows; collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Lien Resolution, and Technology teams; and represent the company at events and webinars.

Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, database schemas, data models, and reporting solutions. The role focuses on SQL optimization, data quality monitoring, storage performance, data integrity, and actionable business insights. It collaborates with analysts, product owners, and engineers, documents data systems, and communicates recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position requires onsite work at least three days per week in Franklin, Tennessee.
