Lead and build the marketing function from scratch: create strategy and execution across demand generation, client communications, events, brand, content, and marketing operations; manage CRM/automation, analytics, and cross-functional campaigns to drive pipeline, engagement, and retention.

The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner to define requirements in an Agile environment, document processes, conduct stakeholder interviews, and ensure product alignment with business needs.

Lead end-to-end product design and collaborate with product managers and engineers. Build a design system and synthesize user research to create intuitive experiences.
