Manage end-to-end employee relations: investigate grievances, coach managers on performance and conflict resolution, ensure HR compliance with Indian labour laws, maintain confidential records, run stay/exit interviews, and drive training and engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.

Lead talent acquisition strategy and execution for the Globalisation Excellence practice. Build scalable hiring programs, manage high-volume and niche recruitment, lead and develop the recruiting team, partner with senior stakeholders, drive diversity and change initiatives, measure TA performance through dashboards, and ensure strong hiring outcomes across time-to-fill, quality, cost, and offer-to-join metrics.

Support end-to-end M&A transactions: build and manage financial models (DCF, comps), prepare deal materials (teasers, CIMs, pitch books), coordinate due diligence and data rooms, conduct industry and target research, analyze financial statements, and interact with founders, investors, and CXOs to drive deal execution.

Support end-to-end HR delivery across operations, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and performance cycles, learning enablement, and HR analytics. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to improve retention, drive engagement, ensure compliance, and deliver HR processes and reporting.

Lead technical talent acquisition by owning end-to-end recruitment, building proactive pipelines, using advanced sourcing (GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn), advising engineering leaders, and driving recruiting analytics to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.

Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and endpoint environments for the Pune office: administer servers, networking, AD/DNS/DHCP/VPN, provide L1/L2 support, drive patching and upgrades, manage hardware procurement and asset lifecycle, maintain backups and disaster recovery readiness, implement security controls, and keep documentation and reporting current to ensure reliable, secure operations and fast ticket resolution.
