Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and endpoint environments for the Pune office: administer servers, networking, AD/DNS/DHCP/VPN, provide L1/L2 support, drive patching and upgrades, manage hardware procurement and asset lifecycle, maintain backups and disaster recovery readiness, implement security controls, and keep documentation and reporting current to ensure reliable, secure operations and fast ticket resolution.

Partner with business leaders to deliver timely HR services, maintain confidential employee data, run investigations and pulse programs, and mentor junior HR staff to improve retention and engagement.

Manage end-to-end employee relations: investigate grievances, coach managers on performance and conflict resolution, ensure HR compliance with Indian labour laws, maintain confidential records, run stay/exit interviews, and drive training and engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.

Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, performance, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Lead talent reviews, compensation cycles, employee experience initiatives, and people analytics to influence business decisions, build leadership capability, and ensure consistent HR governance across the employee lifecycle.

Lead people strategy and execution for large GCCs (1,000+ employees). Design and implement HR, org-design, performance, compensation, engagement, and analytics-driven interventions; advise senior leaders; drive workforce analytics, AI-enabled transformation, compliance, and high-performance talent programs.

Support employer branding, communications, and recruitment marketing for Zinnov and GCC clients. Conduct research, create content for LinkedIn/blogs/careers, execute campaigns, track performance, manage project coordination, and support employee branding and engagement initiatives.

Support employer branding, communications, and recruitment marketing for Global Capability Centers. Conduct brand and market research, help develop EVP, create multi-channel content, execute and monitor campaigns, manage employee advocacy and internal branding, and coordinate stakeholders and project deliverables to improve talent attraction and engagement.
