Conduct brand and market research, help develop EVP, create multi-channel content, execute and monitor campaigns, manage employee advocacy and internal branding, and coordinate stakeholders and project deliverables to improve talent attraction and engagement.

Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, performance, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Lead talent reviews, compensation cycles, employee experience initiatives, and people analytics to influence business decisions, build leadership capability, and ensure consistent HR governance across the employee lifecycle.
