Partners with system executives, physicians, finance teams, and revenue cycle leaders to improve reimbursement, cash flow, compliance, and operational results. Presents budgets and performance updates to boards and leadership while developing financial policies, dashboards, and education programs.

Assists the Facility Administrator with daily skilled nursing facility operations, staff leadership, performance monitoring, resident satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and employee engagement. The role supports regulatory and company standards while preparing the successful candidate to advance into the Administrator position.

Leads administrative and clinical operations across more than 160 physician offices and 600+ providers in the Eastern region. Oversees practice standardization, physician engagement, acquisitions and integrations, patient experience, budgets, revenue cycle performance, compliance, service expansion, and operating margins. Partners with medical and hospital leaders to execute regional strategy, improve clinic performance, and develop operations directors and practice managers.
