Generate and qualify outbound pipeline across upper mid-market and small enterprise accounts. Conduct strategic cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach; research accounts, map buying groups, engage senior stakeholders, qualify leads, and progress deals with account executives. Partner with Marketing and Partnerships on campaigns and events, while using HubSpot, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and GTM automation to improve targeting and sequencing.

Own and execute paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels for B2B SaaS demand generation. Manage budgets, launch and optimize campaigns, run structured tests, and connect advertising performance to leads, pipeline, revenue, and ROAS. Maintain tracking frameworks and reporting in HubSpot, Dreamdata, and analytics tools. Collaborate with Social, Content, Creative, Sales, and commercial teams on account-based marketing and performance-led creative.

Own the customer-facing integrations experience across pre-sales, onboarding, setup, troubleshooting, enablement, and go-live. Support HR and IT teams with credentials, field mapping, permissions, sandbox testing, and API-related issues. Investigate sync failures and mapping errors, escalating clearly to Tech. Build and maintain integration documentation, knowledge bases, capability matrices, and training. Partner with Product and Tech on new integrations, testing, partner launches, and feedback-driven improvements.

Administer HubSpot CRM operations, including user access, permissions, data quality, deduplication, imports, exports, documentation, and troubleshooting integrations. The role supports business teams with routine CRM tasks, monitors product updates, promotes compliant system usage, and maintains reliable data and connectivity as the company scales.

Own and grow Zinc’s pay-as-you-go revenue channel across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and migration to committed contracts. Lead the PayG go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging experiments, product-flow improvements, lifecycle retention initiatives, reporting, and operational playbook development. Initially operate as a hands-on individual contributor, with the potential to build a team as the channel scales.

Own Zinc’s pay-as-you-go growth channel end to end, driving ARR growth, retention, conversion to committed contracts, pricing, packaging, self-serve product flows, GTM strategy, reporting, and experimentation. This hands-on role will establish a repeatable operating model, collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, Customer, and Finance, and may eventually build a team as the channel scales.

Own Zinc’s pay-as-you-go and self-serve growth channel, driving acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and migration to committed contracts. Lead GTM strategy, pricing and packaging, product-flow improvements, sales enablement, lifecycle initiatives, reporting, and experimentation. Build a repeatable operating playbook in a greenfield environment, initially as an individual contributor with potential to build a team.
