Own and build Zinc’s expansion revenue motion across cross-sell and geographic or subsidiary growth. Design pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting; partner with Finance, RevOps, Marketing, and outreach support; identify opportunities during renewal conversations; and manage strategic expansion deals. This senior individual-contributor role requires building a sales motion from scratch, balancing strategy with hands-on closing, and exercising judgment to protect existing customer relationships.

Own and improve Zinc’s platform architecture, developer experience, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategy. The role partners with the Platform Lead to modernize systems, build scalable infrastructure, define engineering tools and policies, and improve platform reliability and developer productivity. Responsibilities include working with TypeScript, YAML, AWS ECS, containers, Terraform, Terragrunt, CircleCI, and JavaScript performance debugging. This is a mid-to-senior role with no on-call rotation.

Supports day-to-day business operations by maintaining HubSpot data, ensuring accurate reporting, resolving invoicing and data exceptions, documenting workflows, and handling ad hoc reporting requests. The role partners with Account Management, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams while participating in a rotation program focused on operational projects, process improvement, automation, and business development.

Provide technical support for a SaaS product by diagnosing user issues, investigating complex bugs, querying and troubleshooting MongoDB data, reading TypeScript code, running diagnostics, and escalating issues to Engineering. Own Zendesk workflows, improve support processes, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Customer Success, engineers, end users, and clients to improve resolution times and customer experience.

Provide technical support for a software product by diagnosing user issues, investigating complex bugs, querying production data, and escalating root causes to Engineering. Manage Zendesk workflows, improve support processes, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Customer Success, engineers, end-users, and clients. The role also involves reading TypeScript, understanding logs, running diagnostics, writing scripts, and supporting database troubleshooting and migrations.

Generate and qualify outbound pipeline across upper mid-market and small enterprise accounts. Conduct strategic cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach; research accounts, map buying groups, engage senior stakeholders, qualify leads, and progress deals with account executives. Partner with Marketing and Partnerships on campaigns and events, while using HubSpot, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and GTM automation to improve targeting and sequencing.

Build and own Zinc’s sales enablement function, including AE onboarding, ramp strategy, playbooks, coaching, certification, sales content, tooling, needs assessments, and performance reporting. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and GTM Engineering to improve rep consistency, quota attainment, ramp time, win rates, conversion, and sales velocity across the customer lifecycle.

Lead design and delivery of scalable full-stack features, influence system architecture, maintain and optimize cloud systems, guide and mentor engineers, drive product-focused technical decisions, and ensure high quality through testing and CI/CD practices.

Serve as the primary People contact across the business, managing People KPIs, engagement surveys, performance reviews, employee relations cases, manager training, onboarding strategy, and People administration automation. Coach managers, advise senior stakeholders, handle ambiguity, and support employees with a calm, empathetic, and credible approach during a 12-month maternity cover.
