Teams at Zinc

Manage a portfolio of approximately 15 enterprise accounts with £100k+ ARR, owning retention, renewals, pricing, expansion, commercial negotiations, account health, and risk management. Build senior stakeholder relationships, champion the product, resolve client issues internally, and provide structured feedback to Product, Support, Operations, and leadership. The role focuses on proactive account growth and delivering high-touch service to complex B2B customers.

Own day-to-day finance operations, including the shared finance mailbox, AP/AR processing, subscription billing, reconciliations, debt chasing, invoicing, overages, payment runs, month-end close support, VAT returns, and statutory filings. The role uses Xero, HubSpot, Stripe, Sigma, and Claude, and works closely with the Senior Finance Manager while offering a path toward broader finance responsibilities.

Own and grow Zinc’s pay-as-you-go revenue channel across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and migration to committed contracts. Lead the PayG go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging experiments, product-flow improvements, lifecycle retention initiatives, reporting, and operational playbook development. Initially operate as a hands-on individual contributor, with the potential to build a team as the channel scales.
