Own and build Zinc’s expansion revenue motion across cross-sell and geographic or subsidiary growth. Design pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting; partner with Finance, RevOps, Marketing, and outreach support; identify opportunities during renewal conversations; and manage strategic expansion deals. This senior individual-contributor role requires building a sales motion from scratch, balancing strategy with hands-on closing, and exercising judgment to protect existing customer relationships.

Own day-to-day finance operations, including the shared finance mailbox, AP/AR processing, subscription billing, reconciliations, debt chasing, invoicing, overages, payment runs, month-end close support, VAT returns, and statutory filings. The role uses Xero, HubSpot, Stripe, Sigma, and Claude, and works closely with the Senior Finance Manager while offering a path toward broader finance responsibilities.

Support Zinc’s events calendar across trade shows, exhibitions, sales-led events, webinars and other formats. Responsibilities include planning timelines, coordinating logistics and suppliers, managing attendee communications and event materials, supporting on-site delivery, solving problems, and maintaining accurate HubSpot attendee and lead data. The role partners with Marketing, Sales, Outbound, Creative and external vendors to deliver engaging events and improve post-event reporting and follow-up.
