Work with product, customers, and partners (20% customer-facing) to translate requirements into production-grade solutions, own integrations end-to-end, ensure reliability at scale, and improve tooling and practices.

Own HubSpot CRM operations and lifecycle email programmes to move contacts from Subscriber to MQL. Build segmentation, workflows, HTML email templates, and one-off comms. Define KPIs, run A/B tests, monitor deliverability, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize lifecycle performance.
