Build and own Zinc’s sales enablement function, including AE onboarding, ramp strategy, playbooks, coaching, certification, sales content, tooling, needs assessments, and performance reporting. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and GTM Engineering to improve rep consistency, quota attainment, ramp time, win rates, conversion, and sales velocity across the customer lifecycle.

Build and lead Zinc’s sales enablement function, including AE onboarding, ramp playbooks, sales content, coaching, certification, needs assessments, and multi-format training. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and GTM Engineering to improve messaging, sales tooling, conversion rates, ramp time, win rates, and quota attainment. Track enablement impact and report results to sales leadership.

Lead design and delivery of scalable full-stack features, influence system architecture, maintain and optimize cloud systems, guide and mentor engineers, drive product-focused technical decisions, and ensure high quality through testing and CI/CD practices.
