Owns Zimperium’s public-sector partner ecosystem across federal, defense, intelligence, and SLED markets. Builds and manages relationships with aggregators, VARs, and system integrators; develops joint go-to-market strategies; enables sales teams; drives partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; negotiates agreements; manages initiatives, events, and campaigns; and provides market intelligence to expand mobile-security adoption.

Develop, debug, and support scalable, secure software components throughout the SDLC. Build RESTful services, automation, and embedded-system applications while collaborating with product, QA, DevOps, SRE, and customer success teams. Participate in Agile Scrum planning, testing, releases, and issue prevention. Apply knowledge of operating systems, databases, cloud platforms, cybersecurity threats, and network vulnerabilities to deliver reliable software.

Manage regional SaaS accounts across Texas and the Northeast, driving new-logo acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell revenue. Build customer and partner relationships, coordinate onboarding and complex escalations, track account metrics, maintain pipeline and Salesforce hygiene, and represent customer needs in product strategy. Create account documentation, scopes of work, level-of-effort estimates, and actionable recommendations while collaborating with sales, support, product, technology, operations, and business development teams.
