Conducts deep and dark web intelligence collection and analysis to identify cyber threats, threat actors, malware, vulnerabilities, and emerging risks. Produces actionable intelligence reports, supports client-specific requests, develops collection plans, recommends intelligence tools, and improves analysis through automation. The role also mentors junior analysts, collaborates with leadership and operational teams, and safeguards sensitive sources and information through strong operational security practices.

Own post-sales success for OEM and MSSP partners by driving adoption, retention, expansion, technical integration, enablement, and operational scalability. Advise partners on APIs, data feeds, platform configuration, workflows, SLAs, reporting, and value realization. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales Engineering, and Account Management, while identifying risks, resolving technical challenges, supporting renewals, and developing scalable playbooks and enablement materials.
