The Vice President of Sales leads sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, budgeting, and profitable growth for a manufacturing organization. The role manages Directors and Regional Sales Managers, coaches the sales team, oversees sales training, evaluates direct and representative sales models, closes strategic opportunities, and collaborates with Marketing and Product Management. The position requires national travel of approximately 25%.

Serve as the primary contact for customer status inquiries, coordinate parts/service/warranty/installation work orders, monitor drawings, hold internal teams accountable for shipping/delivery, communicate updates to account and regional managers, and support inside/outside sales through cross-functional collaboration.

Administers HR policies and programs, manages employee relations, investigates complaints, supports training, maintains HRIS records, leads talent acquisition, represents the company in community relations, and ensures employment-law compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Supervise service coordinators supporting key customers and refrigeration contractors. Manage service requests, warranty processes, contractor agreements, work orders, invoices, customer concerns, service metrics, and operating budgets. Mentor employees, improve processes, monitor field-service trends, coordinate technical support, and develop the contractor network. The role requires ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong customer-service communication, business-math skills, and preferably commercial refrigeration, mechanical service, or warranty-support experience.

The Account Associate supports customers and sales teams by managing quotes, orders, and providing logistics support while maintaining excellent communication and organization.

Supports customers and internal teams with refrigeration system quotations, orders, designs, applications, delivery schedules, and warranty issues. Evaluates specifications and drawings, selects mechanical and electrical components, prepares proposals and change orders, coordinates engineering and production activities, and ensures systems meet customer requirements. The role also documents communications, resolves field issues, supports manufacturing, and occasionally visits job sites during startup.

Leads full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical manufacturing roles across multiple divisions. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through Boolean searches and digital platforms, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, requisition approvals, recruitment KPI management, and staffing partner relationships. The role collaborates with hiring managers and leadership, manages approximately 15 requisitions simultaneously, and requires occasional travel to Minnesota.

Processes sales invoices, credit memos, accounts receivable adjustments, billing records, and customer reporting. Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies, communicates with customers and internal teams, supports audits and AR cross-training, and identifies quote-to-cash process improvements. The role requires accurate data entry, basic accounting and mathematical skills, and proficiency with Excel and Word.

Designs electrical control systems, schematics, panel layouts, component specifications, bills of materials, and production documentation for commercial and industrial refrigeration products. Researches design feasibility, supports customer and sales discussions, coordinates with manufacturing, ensures compliance with electrical standards, and resolves field service issues. The role requires collaboration across engineering, production, sales, and customer teams in a custom manufacturing environment.

Lead Zero Zone’s brand positioning, content strategy, thought leadership, public relations, digital presence, and tradeshow initiatives. Translate technical refrigeration expertise into customer-focused messaging, strengthen industry visibility, guide communications, analyze marketing performance, and collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and service teams. Manage 2–3 direct reports and support customer visits, facility tours, presentations, and speaking opportunities.

Designs and develops control programs for commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Reads wiring diagrams, I/O documentation, hardware schematics, and instrumentation plans; supports production, installation, startup, troubleshooting, and field service activities. Coordinates with engineers, technicians, customers, sales, contractors, vendors, and purchasing to resolve technical and warranty issues. Prepares RFQs, proposals, cost estimates, and technical solutions while coordinating multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Designs and develops commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, including schematics, component sizing, heat-load calculations, thermodynamic analysis, equipment layouts, and bills of materials. Reviews designs during manufacturing, recommends modifications, supports troubleshooting, and ensures systems meet quality, cost, energy-efficiency, customer, and schedule requirements. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, sales, service, and customers.

The Regional Sales Manager directs and supports sales efforts, manages representatives, strategizes accounts, coordinates sales priorities, and drives revenue growth.

Oversee industrial and complex retail refrigeration projects from order entry through completion. Manage scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, customer and vendor communications, multidisciplinary coordination, submittal approvals, production, installation, and startup. Facilitate project meetings, resolve issues, coordinate internal departments and external stakeholders, and ensure projects meet contractual requirements, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction goals.
