Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through Boolean searches and digital platforms, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, requisition approvals, recruitment KPI management, and staffing partner relationships. The role collaborates with hiring managers and leadership, manages approximately 15 requisitions simultaneously, and requires occasional travel to Minnesota.

Processes sales invoices, credit memos, accounts receivable adjustments, billing records, and customer reporting. Translate technical refrigeration expertise into customer-focused messaging, strengthen industry visibility, guide communications, analyze marketing performance, and collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and service teams. Manage 2–3 direct reports and support customer visits, facility tours, presentations, and speaking opportunities.

Designs and develops control programs for commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Reads wiring diagrams, I/O documentation, hardware schematics, and instrumentation plans; supports production, installation, startup, troubleshooting, and field service activities. Coordinates with engineers, technicians, customers, sales, contractors, vendors, and purchasing to resolve technical and warranty issues. Prepares RFQs, proposals, cost estimates, and technical solutions while coordinating multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Manufacturing Associates will use hand and power tools to manufacture refrigeration systems, perform mechanical, electrical, and insulation tasks, and ensure safety standards are met.

Terminate and route wiring, perform electrical function tests on refrigeration systems per engineered drawings, wire components (pressure switches, solenoids, compressors), mount major electrical components, use electrical test equipment, and collaborate with production teams while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Assemble and produce refrigerated display cases and refrigeration systems using hand and power tools. Perform mechanical, electrical, or sheet-metal tasks on production lines, meet production goals, follow safety procedures, and accept on-the-job training and direction from qualified personnel.
