Administers HR policies, employee relations, investigations, training programs, HRIS records, compliance, community relations, and talent acquisition. Partners with department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, maintain a positive workplace, support safety programs, and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.

Designs electrical control systems, schematics, panel layouts, component specifications, bills of materials, and production documentation for commercial and industrial refrigeration products. Researches design feasibility, supports customer and sales discussions, coordinates with manufacturing, ensures compliance with electrical standards, and resolves field service issues. The role requires collaboration across engineering, production, sales, and customer teams in a custom manufacturing environment.

Lead Zero Zone’s brand positioning, content strategy, thought leadership, public relations, digital presence, and tradeshow initiatives. Translate technical refrigeration expertise into customer-focused messaging, strengthen industry visibility, guide communications, analyze marketing performance, and collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and service teams. Manage 2–3 direct reports and support customer visits, facility tours, presentations, and speaking opportunities.
