Supports customers and internal teams with refrigeration system quotations, orders, designs, applications, delivery schedules, and warranty issues. The role also documents communications, resolves field issues, supports manufacturing, and occasionally visits job sites during startup.

Leads full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical manufacturing roles across multiple divisions. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through Boolean searches and digital platforms, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, requisition approvals, recruitment KPI management, and staffing partner relationships. The role collaborates with hiring managers and leadership, manages approximately 15 requisitions simultaneously, and requires occasional travel to Minnesota.

Processes sales invoices, credit memos, accounts receivable adjustments, billing records, and customer reporting. Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies, communicates with customers and internal teams, supports audits and AR cross-training, and identifies quote-to-cash process improvements. The role requires accurate data entry, basic accounting and mathematical skills, and proficiency with Excel and Word.
