Build and maintain full-stack features end-to-end for an event-driven platform. Develop backend services and frontend apps using TypeScript and Java with gRPC, collaborate cross-functionally, improve engineering practices, support code reviews, and enhance tooling, documentation, and reliability.

Drive product and business insights through exploratory analysis, metric governance, dashboards, and A/B testing. Optimize demand forecasting, worker-job matching, shift allocation, and student engagement while aligning Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams. The role requires strong business judgment, clear communication, analytical independence, and influence without formal authority.

Lead and mature the analytics and data science function: hire, coach and develop data professionals; integrate AI into workflows; manage the data roadmap and deliver measurable business impact; collaborate with engineering and business teams; prioritize high-impact marketplace optimization, modeling, and experimentation initiatives.

Lead and grow a 5-7 person full‑stack Supply engineering team owning the talent side of the marketplace. Drive delivery, architecture, operational excellence, hiring, and close partnership with product while remaining hands-on in code, design reviews, and incident response.

Own commercial steering for Zenjob's B2B business: build a trusted metrics framework, baseline potential, allocate capacity, forecast and plan revenue, design targets and incentives, close performance gaps, and coordinate marketplace alignment across four verticals.
