Build and maintain full-stack features end-to-end for an event-driven platform. Develop backend services and frontend apps using TypeScript and Java with gRPC, collaborate cross-functionally, improve engineering practices, support code reviews, and enhance tooling, documentation, and reliability.

Drive product and business insights through exploratory analysis, metric governance, dashboards, and A/B testing. Partner with Product, Business, Data Platform, and Engineering teams to define success metrics, guide roadmap decisions, improve experimentation, prepare reliable analytical data, and promote data self-sufficiency across the organization.

Own complex, cross-functional product problems across Zenjob’s staffing marketplace. Define product vision, analyze data, interview users, formulate and test hypotheses, and drive solutions from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation. Optimize demand forecasting, worker-job matching, shift allocation, and student engagement while aligning Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams. The role requires strong business judgment, clear communication, analytical independence, and influence without formal authority.
