Own the full enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycle across EMEA, from prospecting and discovery through pilots, negotiation, and signature. Build qualified pipeline, forecast accurately in HubSpot, navigate procurement, security, GDPR, and data-protection reviews, and coordinate operations, IT, security, procurement, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and channel partners. Focus on winning new multi-site enterprise customers and expanding pilot or self-serve accounts. This is an individual contributor role requiring travel for key customer meetings, site visits, and events.

Build and operate application and cloud security automation, including vulnerability triage pipelines, AI-assisted security review, Google Cloud hardening, CI/CD scanning, and software supply chain controls. Review authorization, identity, and tenancy designs; coordinate remediation across engineering teams; handle security findings, incidents, access questions, and assessments; and create runbooks that standardize security processes.

Own HubSpot as the revenue CRM system, including workflows, data quality, integrations, permissions, sequences, automations, and intake operations. Diagnose root causes, build audits and alerts, support lead and list operations, and partner with AI and Data teams on reliable CRM structures for AI-driven go-to-market automations. This is a hands-on individual contributor role supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
