Lead and develop the Customer Success function focused on renewing and expanding enterprise accounts, integrating AI-driven workflows to enhance operations and team performance.

Respond to inbound inquiries and trial signups, route and convert high-intent prospects, tune and improve AI/automation workflows, track conversion and response metrics, and collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to close the loop and build product expertise.
