The Support & Systems Engineer will provide L2/L3 support, manage complex troubleshooting across systems and networks, execute migrations, and improve documentation and processes.

Provide high-level support to the CEO: calendar and travel management, presentation and report preparation, research and analysis, lead strategic projects, institutional knowledge capture, social media engagement, and comprehensive administrative support. Requires 24/7 availability, frequent responsiveness, and the ability to travel and work independently in fast-paced settings.
